Procedure for Gold sale:

BUYER: SHEES GOLD AND DIAMOND LLC DUBAI

There is no upfront money. No deposit. No risk to seller

Seller needs all duty and declaration and from country of origin, and they should send to Buyer, once received, 24hrs and Buyer will sort out in Dubai all importation, custom declaration and give Seller clearance to import into Dubai.

Shipping: Direct flight Emirate business class.

Procedure: Seller will bring product to Dubai as hand luggage. Allowance is up 10kg per bag and 2 bags allowed on business class here themselves, so there is 0 risk of cargo loss or Cargo Swap. No risk of theft as seller keep their product on them all the way to Dubai as hand luggage.

Arrival in Dubai: Buyer will have them cleared Seller with all customs document submitted to Dubai government; Buyer will provide VIP service to seller through Dubai Airport clearing to make this quick and stress free.
Buyer will meet seller at airport and both parties will journey together to the government refinery to submit products for Testing.
Contract SPA confirms seller retains ownership till paid.

Payment: Once refinery complete test; usually within 5 to 8 hrs depending on volume; Assay certificate will be issued.
Based on Assay result on purity and quality; Price will apply and immediately Seller will received payment.

2. Invoice in company name as Buyer,
3. Customs declaration and government clearance to import to Dubai

Documents Buyer need from Seller. Buyer would need to upload these on the government customs system as declaration here in Dubai before arrival.

• Three originals of Commercial Invoices, in favor of the Buyer (including all necessary documents needed by law in country of origin)
• Certificate of Origin
• Certificate of Ownership
Insurance certificate
• Declaration that the material is free and clear and of non-criminal origin.
• Detailed Packing List
• Flight itinerary

• Certificate of the payment of the export taxes (stamped and sealed by customs)
• Assay Certificate from origin certifying quality and quantity delivered by Seller.
